Suspected Gunman Wanted

Sumter, SC (WOLO) — The Sumter Police Department is hoping you can help them locate a man they say is suspected of firing multiple shots at an area apartment complex in broad daylight.

Authorities say the incident took place Monday just before 2 in the afternoon. Police say reports of shots being fired were reported at the Friendship Apartments striking at least one car parked outside.

23 year old Marquis Tyquan Porcher was identified after that shooting according to officials and is currently wanted for attempted murder.

No one was injured in the incident according to officials.
