Ralph Norman Wins House Seat

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) – Republican Ralph Norman, who had aligned himself with President Donald Trump, has won a special House election in South Carolina. The seat was left vacant when Mick Mulvaney resigned to take a job as White House budget director. Norman, a millionaire real estate developer, defeated Democrat Archie Parnell on Tuesday.
