SUMTER, S.C. (WOLO)– Sumter Police Department need your help finding a man who has been accused of shooting into a residence on Thursday, Nov. 14.

According to investigators, 40-year-old Mario Spencer was in a dispute with another person at Harmony Courts Apartment complex, when he fired shots into an apartment and fled the scene.
