CFD: One Person Rescued From Congaree River

COLUMBIA,SC (WOLO)- One person was rescued from the Congaree River Saturday morning.

The Columbia Fire Department conducted the swift water rescue near the Gervais Street Bridge.

Officials say the person suffered injuries, and the scene is under control.
