Fireflies to Honor Blackwell Jr.

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–Last year Spirit Communications Park turned purple to honor the life and music of Prince, this year the team will do the same for his late drummer and Columbia native John Blackwell Junior.
Purple Game 2.0 will take place August 31st.
The Fireflies will wear special, Prince-themed, jerseys that will be auctioned off for charity after the game.
