Irmo Fire, Lexington EMS work Saint Andrew’s Road collision

Irmo, SC (WOLO) — The Irmo Fire District along with Lexington County EMS are on the scene of a crash. According to a post on the Irmo Fire District Facebook page an accident took place in the 4000 block of Saint Andrews Road near the rail crossing.

Authorities say the collision has blocked several lanes in the area.

Officials say they are treating multiple patients who are suffering from critical injuries. If at all possible, officials asked that you avoid the area until further notice.
