Richland Co. Sheriff’s Dept. Phone Lines Down

Richland Co., S.C. (WOLO)–A spokesperson for the Richland County Sheriff’s Department says their phone lines are down.  Deputy Stephany Snowden says if anyone has an emergency to call 911.  Deputies say they are not sure at this time what caused the outage and are working to repair it as soon as possible.
