Man facing 2 counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor, Sumter Co. deputies

SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– A man is facing two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor and incest, said Sumter County deputies.

Justin Dwayne Barfield, 34, was arrested to Christmas Eve, December 24, in connection to warrants that were issued on October 3, and October 5.

Barfield is being charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor – first degree, criminal sexual conduct with a minor – second degree, and incest.

He was taken to the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center and is being held without bond.
