RCSD: Partial human remains found

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County Sheriff’s Department said partial human remains have been found.

The sheriff’s department said investigators responded in the 200 block of O’Neal Court shortly after 10 a.m. on December 10, in reference to the discovery of partial human remains.

The remains found have been identified as Morgan Duncan who was reported as missing from his home in 2023.

Some of Duncan’s remains were first found in June 2024, before the second discovery on December 10, 2024.

Richland County deputies have arrested two individuals in connection with Duncan’s murder. Eric Greene, 41, was arrested on Feb 1, 2024, and charged with murder.

Julivia Waller, 28, was arrested on Feb 6, 2024, and charged with murder, fleeing custody and resisting arrest. The investigation remains ongoing by the sheriff’s department and the coroner’s office.
