COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — After losing the first two games of the season, Lower Richland won their second game in a row, shutting out Richland Northeast, 21-0.

Quarterback Tevaughan Higgins had it going early, finding Karl Scott on a slant that put LR up for good.

The Diamond Hornets now face Chester on the road next week; RNE gets AC Flora.
