Businesses looted after Shutting Doors in Preparation for Hurricane Irma

Miami, FL (WOLO) — Florida police catch several people in the act of looting shoe stores during Hurricane Irma. At least two people were arrested after authorities say they spotted them running out of closed businesses with sneakers.
