Hilton Head Island Drowning

(WOLO) HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C., —

Authorities are still investigating a deadly incident on Hilton Head Island over the weekend. Authorities say a 67 year old woman vacationing at the beach with her husband and two sons drowned in the water late Saturday night.

Officials say people walking along the beach discovered the body about 2 hours after she went out alone to take a walk.

Police there say they are still unsure how she ended up in the water.
