ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WOLO) – Buddy Pough’s Bulldogs are gearing up for what will likely be the toughest stretch of their schedule.

After beating Division II Johnson C. Smith 41-0 Saturday, SC State will travel to Durham Thursday to face North Carolina Central before hosting North Carolina A&T September 30. All three of these teams were projected to finish in the top three spots of the preseason conference poll.
