7.1 Magnitude Quake Kills Hundreds, Dozens Missing

Mexico City, Mexico (WOLO) —A magnitude 7.1 Earthquake struck the Central Mexican State of Puebla Tuesday afternoon, leaving more than 2 hundred people dead, and the death toll keeps rising.

According to the Associated Press, President Enrique Pena Nieto says 30 children and eight adults are still missing after a school collapsed in Mexico City.

The President says many people will need help and ordered all hospitals to open their doors to the injured, but says the initial focus has to be finding those trapped in wrecked buildings.
