(CNN)– If you want 30 seconds during the super bowl, get ready to shell out big bucks. How about… 8 million clams?
Not only is that a record, it eclipses the already record $7 million rate Fox originally set.
But as the game gets closer, demand is exceeding available time, and the rate has skyrocketed.
Who’s got the budget for that kind of advertising?
There will surely be some surprises.
But for now, we know some of the usual suspects like Pepsi and Anheuser-busch InBev will be advertising.
