RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Richland County Sheriff’s Department says Jamaal Black has been found safe.

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help finding a vulnerable adult, said deputies.
According to the sheriff’s dept., 27-year-old Jamaal Black was last seen at his home off Bywood Drive in the early morning hours of Jan. 5, before leaving.
Jamaal is described as a black male, 5’10” and 240 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt on top of a burgundy long sleeve shirt with dark colored pajama pants
Authorities said Jamaal has an intellectual disability and is mostly non-verbal. Additionally, he is without his medication and therefore is believed to be in danger.
