Father Charged with Assaulting Suspected Peeping Tom

(WOLO) ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., —

A New Mexico father is facing felony charges after authorities say he beat a man he claims was peering into his daughter’s bedroom window.

According to authorities, the girls father, Emilio Chavez found the suspect, 29 year old Dylan Maho naked outside his daughters window around 2:30 in the morning. 

Officials say when Chavez spotted the man he beat him so severely he had to be hospitalized.

Chavez faces felony assault charges. The suspected peeping tom is being charged with voyeurism.
