Health & Human Services Sec. Tom Price Resigns

Washington, DC (WOLO) — White House Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price resigns amid controversy surrounding his reported use of privately chartered flights to travel around the Country.

According to CNN, President Donald Trump said the administration was looking into the issue, and while he quote ” “felt very badly because Secretary Price is a good man” , the President said he still planned to look into the use of private jets very strongly.

President Trump was expected to make a decision by Friday evening. Secretary Price beat him to the punch and announced his resignation before that could happen, stepping down from his position in the White House early Friday evening.
