Father Charged with Injuring Twin Babies

(WOLO)COLUMBIA,S.C., —

A Richland county man is accused of injuring his twin babies after the pair were treated at a local hospital. 45 year old Michael Livingston is facing two counts of ill treatment of children. 

Deputies were called to Palmetto Health Richland Sunday night after authorities say the twins suffered injuries to the upper and lower part of their bodies. 

The sheriff’s Department interviewed doctors and nurses treating the children along with the babys’ mother.

The incident remains under investigation.
