Constellation Concert series returns to state museum

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Guest are invited to experience live music in the museum’s observatory with a new concert series featuring Alt-R&B act Death Ray Robin.

Officials says Columbia native and Death Ray Robin lead singer Desirée Richardson will bring her soprano and poetic pop sensibilities to the museum’s observatory.

The series returns on Thursday, Feb. 20, from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Night-sky viewing through the observatory’s historic 1926 Alvan Clark Telescope is also included as long as weather permits it, according to museum officials.

Additionally, you could enjoy a view of Columbia from the observatory terrace.
