Gorilla to Get New Start at Riverbanks Zoo

DALLAS, TX (WOLO)–A 430 pound anti-social gorilla is getting a fresh start at Riverbanks Zoo.

   The Dallas Zoo announced today, 23 year old Patrick will be transferred to Columbia for a more solitary existence.

   Zoo-keepers in Dallas say he interacts well with the zoo staff and the public but  they have tried for years to create relationships with other gorillas for Patrick to no avail.
