Middle school teacher accused of Criminal Sexual Conduct with Minor

Lexington Co., SC (WOLO) — SLED has charged a Midlands teacher accused of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

The teacher is 30 year old Luther Truluck, who taught at Beechwood Middle School in the Lexington One School District.

On January 1st, a 15 year old student reported as a runaway, was taken to Truluck’s house, given alcohol, and participated in sexual acts. the juvenile told police they first met on snapchat where he used an alias… but was able to pick him out of a lineup because they were talking on the social media app.
