Sumter Co. arrest man accused of Domestic Violence, Criminal Sexual Conduct

Sumter Co., SC (WOLO) —  The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a man accused of High and Aggravated Domestic Violence, adding that the alleged offense included Criminal Sexual Conduct, third degree. Authorities say on March 2, 2025  they were called to Saint Marks Road where they received reports of High and Aggravated Domestic Violence, and Sexual Battery.

Deputies say once they arrived they were able to take 34 year old Antwan Jamal Bratton into custody. Authorities say they were granted an arrest warrant February 23, 2025.

After a more thorough investigation, deputies were able take Bratton into custody. He is being held at the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center where his bond has been denied.
