Pet of the Week: Meet Memphis!

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – The Columbia Animal Services has a new Pet of the Week in need of a forever home!

Memphis is a 2 year old boy who is a firecracker, is good with other dogs and loves to play!

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, pet adoptions are $17 this month. Adoption fees are waived for pets in foster homes.
