Piggly Wiggly on Devine Street to close
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The Piggly Wiggly on Devine Street is closing its doors for good.
Owner Darrell Miller announced via the store’s Facebook page that the grocery store that came to be known as The Social Pig is closing.
Its nickname was earned from neighbors in the Shandon area who would run into each other at the store. There has been no word on what will replace that store.
