SCDOT to conduct nighttime detour on new bridge over Saluda River as part of Carolina Crossroads Project

COLUMBIA, S.C.(WOLO)– The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) will conduct a temporary night time lane closure on the new bridge over the Saluda River (Exit 108 B-A) on Wednesday, March 5.

SCDOT says the closure will begin at 10 p.m. and end at 4 a.m. on Thursday, March 6.

This closure is necessary to complete the installation of new overhead signage over the bridge as part of Phase 1 of the Carolina Crossroads Project, says SCDOT.

Traffic will be detoured using I-26 westbound to I-20 westbound to I-26 eastbound.
