Local Living: St. Pat’s Five Points Festival, Saluda Co. Sheriff’s Office domestic violence 5K, Craftsmen’s Spring Classic, Pimento Cheese Festival

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— In today’s look at Local Living, the St. Pat’s Five Points Festival is right around the corner.
It starts Saturday, March 15, from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
There will be a 5k/10k run and a 1 mile family fun run, a parade, live music, plenty of activities and much more.
The Saluda County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a 5k this Saturday, March 8, to spread awareness of domestic violence and collect donations for local resources.
It starts at 8 in the morning at Saluda Town Park.
Donations can include non-perishable food items, women’s and children’s clothes, diapers, wipes, feminine products, and formula.
The Craftsmen’s Spring Classic is coming back to the state fairgrounds this weekend.
It is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, March 7, and Saturday, March 8.
And from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 9.
Hundreds of vendors will sell their best custom made pottery, jewelry, art, woodwork, and more.
You can attend South Carolina’s first Pimento Cheese Festival later this month.
The event will have live music, outdoor games and pimento cheese from across the state.
It cost $5 for a tasting ticket and $5 for parking.
The festival is from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 29, at Saluda Shoals Park.
