RCSD searching for man accused of picking lock on apartment building

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County Sheriff’s Department is searching for a man accused of using a lock pick set to gain entry into an apartment building, said deputies.

He is also accused of leaving the scene in a black SUV.

Deputies said he wears glasses and has an earring in his left ear.
