32-year-old man arrested in connection with grand larceny

LEE COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– A 32-year-old man was arrested on Monday, March 17, in connection with grand larceny and receiving stolen goods, says Lee County deputies.

 Jerome Raeshard Lowery is accused of stealing a utility trailer on March 17 and then attempting to sell the trailer on Facebook Market Place.

In addition, Lee County Sheriff’s Office investigators have linked Lowery to the sale of other stolen trailers that were being sold through Facebook Market Place.

He being held at the Sumter County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
