RCSD investigating inmate stabbing at Alvin S. Glenn

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County Sheriff’s Department deputies say an inmate was stabbed at Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.

Investigators say deputies responded to the jail just after midnight on Thursday morning (March 20).

Officials say the inmate received multiple stab wounds and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

At this time no one has been charged in connection with the incident.
