COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Steve Spurrier says he’s never won a game quite like last Saturday’s dramatic comeback double overtime 27-24 thriller at #5 Missouri, but he also says his team has to forget it and focus on this week’s home game against Mississippi St. (4-3, 1-2 SEC).
Spurrier said Tuesday at his weekly press conference that quarterback Connor Shaw still has a virus and did not practice Monday. The Ball Coach said back-up QB Dylan Thompson will be ready to start again this week if necessary.
