Camden Police arrest two men accused of burglary at gas station

 

 

CAMDEN, S.C. (WOLO)– Camden Police Department have arrested two men accused of a burglary at a gas station last week.

On April 11, police say 20-year-old Dewayne Hand and 18-year-old Da’vontea Shoffner broke into the Cheap Way Gas Station on West Dekalb Street and stole $400 worth of vape products.

Through surveillance video, deputies were able to identify Hand, and Shoffner.

On Tuesday, authorities conducted a search warrant at Camden condos where they found the stolen vape products.

Along with a sawed off shotgun and additional items linked to the burglary.

Both suspects have been charged and taken to the Kershaw County Detention Center.
