Dress your derby best at the Capital City Derby in May!

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – Get ready to dress your derby best at the 3rd Annual Capital City Derby this May!

Gates for the event open at 2 p.m. for the general public and 1 p.m. for VIP at the Farm at Ridgeway, 3248 US-21 in Ridgeway.

Curtis spoke with Columbia City Councilman At-Large Tyler Bailey & Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity’s Ruben L. Freeman about how this event brings together fashion, culture, entertainment,
and philanthropy to raise funds for scholarships, philanthropic projects, and community outreach in Columbia.

There will be a live horse showcase, a fashion show, a trip giveaway where you could win a trip to the 2026 Kentucky Derby & much more!
