Sumter man arrested Tuesday morning following a reported domestic incident

SUMTER, S.C. (WOLO)– A Sumter man was arrested Tuesday morning on a charge of second-degree domestic violence following a reported domestic incident, according to the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
Sumter County deputies responded to a home on Marilyn Avenue on Tuesday, April 29, after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance.
Deputies said during the initial investigation, the suspect who was identified as Andre Jermaine Moses, left the scene.
A deputy later located Moses and took him into custody.
EMS responded to treat the victim for injuries received during the incident, according to SCSO.
Moses was taken to the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center and later released on a $12,500 bond.
