Disney+ see uptick in streaming subscribers

 

 

(CNN)– The number of subscribers to Disney+ is on the rise again.

The streamer added 1.4 million subscribers for the quarter ending March 29.

Disney’s other streaming business Hulu added 1.3 million subscribers.

Overall, Disney’s streaming businesses and parks brought in $23.62 billion in revenue for the quarter.

That’s a 7% increase over the year.

According to Street Account, analysts had forecast Disney+ subscribers to decline by more than a million.
