Department of Juvenile Justice hosts ‘Meet the Artists’ event
Columbia, SC ( WOLO) — Some kids at the Department of Juvenile Justice got a chance to show off their hidden talents Wednesday.
The facility held their 5th annual “Meet the Artists” event as a part of their Workforce Development Program.
Some of the artwork from the event includes custom furniture, pottery, paintings and more, and some work that has even made its way to the Soda City Market at the D.J.J. Store of Hope.
