Easley man arrested in connection with April church burglary

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office said 26-year-old Joshua William Wright is accused of an April 7 burglary at Calvary Baptist Church.

NEWBERRY COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Newberry County Sheriff Lee Foster has announced that an Easley man has been arrested in connection with an April burglary of a church, said the sheriff’s office.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office said 26-year-old Joshua William Wright is accused of an April 7 burglary at a church.

Wright was taken into custody in Pickens County and then transported to the Newberry County Detention Center where he will face bond for the burglary of Calvary Baptist Church.
