Lawmakers Push Personhood Bill

Columbia, SC (WOLO) — A group of Lawmakers gathered at the Statehouse Wednesday morning to urge their colleagues to pass the so-called “Personhood Bill”.

The measure contends that an individuals legal rights begin at conception, effectively outlawing abortion.
Supporters say the Bill gives a voice to the voiceless.
