803 Fresh visits students at John P. Thomas Elementary School

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Some Midlands elementary school students got a special visit Tuesday.

Artist 803 Fresh stopped by John P. Thomas Elementary School Tuesday morning, May 20, to perform his hit “Boots on the Ground.”

The visit was part of the school’s fifth grade spirit week.

803 fresh, who’s real name is Douglas Furtick says events like this make it all worth while.

“Boots on the Ground” has become such a big hit, 803 fresh was even recognized on the floor of the State House earlier this month.
