Manufacturing jobs coming to the Midlands

CLARENDON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– 300 new jobs are coming to the Midlands. On Wednesday, May 21, the Governor’s Office announced a leading manufacture of wood products, has selected Clarendon County for its U.S. manufacturing operation.

Along with the jobs, officials say that Homanit‘s move includes an investment of $250 million. Operations are expected to get underway by 2028.
