Shooting Investigation

(WOLO) RICHLAND COUNTY,S.C., —

Richland County Sheriff’s continue searching for the suspect they say shot a man in the body multiple times.

According to authorities, the incident happened around 8 Sunday night in the 1 hundred block of High Valley Trail Road where there were reports of shots being fired.

Once officials arrived on the scene, they say they found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to an area hospital. his current condition is unknown. 

Deputies are still investigating the case and are asking anyone with information about the incident to call crimestoppers.
