No bond set for man accused of mass Orangeburg shooting

 

ORANGRBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office along with the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office released additional details about the arrest of 19-year-old Sincere Gibbs.

Sumter County deputies arrested 19-year-old Sincere Gibbs on Monday, June 17.

Gibbs was a suspect that was wanted in connection with a mass shooting, and was on the run.

 


Investigators say on March 29, Gibbs shot into a crowd of people at a party on Five Chop Road.

Additionally, Gibbs appeared before a magistrate around 2:30 p.m., today, Tuesday, June 17 for his bond hearing.

A judge denied his bond.
