Drowning Victim Identified

 COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) _ A 43-year-old man has drowned in a lake in an upscale neighborhood in suburban Columbia.
 
   Richland County Coroner Gary Watts says Clyde Williams’ body was found just before noon Saturday after neighbors saw a boat overturned in Lake Carolina.
 
   Authorities say Williams lived not far from the lake in a home in the neighborhood about 15 miles northeast of downtown Columbia.
 
   Watts says an autopsy determined Williams drowned.
