Richland Library Northeast closes due to power outage

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– According to officials, Richland Library Northeast is closing on Thursday, June 26, due to power outage.

The library location is closing at at 12 p.m. but customers can access digital resources at RichlandLibrary.com.
