Local Living: SC Card Show, Black Eats Week 803, Toucan Tuesdays

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— In today’s look at Local Living, the South Carolina Card Show is coming to the state fairgrounds this weekend.

You can explore a massive selection of sports cards, memorabilia, Pokémon cards, and other collectible treasures.

Baseball legend Dale Murphy will sign autographs Saturday, June 28, at 11 a.m. and fellow legend Bo Jackson will sign autographs this Sunday, June 29, starting at 11 a.m.

“Black Eats Week 803” is going on this week.

It highlights some of the finest black-owned restaurants in the Midlands.

From now through Sunday, June 29, you can find specials at 8 restaurants which includes Rebel Dogs, Calabash Caribbean Grill and more.

Customers will have a chance to win cash prizes.

Riverbanks Zoo is teaming up with Harvest Hope for “Toucan Tuesdays”.

Guests who bring two cans, bags, or boxes of non-perishable food items will receive buy-one-get-one admission tickets and buy-one-get-one regular sized Icees.

Toucan Tuesdays will take place every Tuesday now through August 12 with donation bins located at the zoo and garden entrances.
