Congressman Joe Wilson visits Midlands elementary school

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Congressman Joe Wilson paid a visit to a Midlands elementary school Wednesday morning (Aug. 13).

Wilson stopped by Lexington-Richland District Five’s newest magnet school, Harbison West Elementary.

The congressman got a first hand look at the unique opportunities the school provides its students.

Magnet Schools of America recognized Congressman Wilson several years ago as a champion of magnet schools.
