Lexington road reopens after collision involving power pole

LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO)– Lexington Police say all lanes of George Street have reopened.

Officers also say Dominion Energy, and multiple fiber internet companies who responded to the scene this afternoon helped fix lines and clear the roadway.

LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO)– A collision involving a downed power pole and lines has George Street, between Hendrix Street and Gibson Road closed, said Lexington Police.

Police said first responders are at the scene and Dominion Energy is en route to the scene.
