CLEMSON, SC – The No. 12 South Carolina Gamecocks took on the Clemson Tigers on the road Thursday night, finishing in a 0-0 draw. It’s the first draw of the season for South Carolina, but the Gamecocks remain undefeated at 4-0-1.
Mackenzie Johnson started things off quickly for South Carolina, taking a shot just 21 seconds into the game, coming just off target to the right
The remainder of the first half was an all-out possession battle between the two teams, with the Gamecocks getting off two more chances before heading in the locker room for the break
South Carolina took four more chances in the second half, with one on target
Freshman Ava Tutas led the way in shots, with two
Senior keeper Tina Tsaousis had two saves on the night
The draw marked the fourth in a row between the Gamecocks and Tigers
