Sumter Police officers searching for missing 39-year-old

SUMTER, S.C. (WOLO)– Sumter Police officers are searching for a missing 39-year-old, said officers.

Police said Eric Allen Caines of Leonard Brown Road, was reported missing by a family member after he was last seen Aug. 28 leaving Prisma Health Tuomey.

He is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs about 160 lbs., has white hair, hazel eyes, and tattoos on his forearms, neck, and back.

Caines was wearing a black t-shirt and hat, coral shorts, and white slip-on shoes, according to police.
