1 dead after collision in Richland County

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– One person was killed in an accident last night in Richland County, say officials.

SC troopers with the Highway Patrol say at around 8:45 p.m., a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer and 2011 Toyota four-door were traveling opposite directions on Farrow Road when the Trailblazer crossed the center line and hit the Toyota head-on.

Troopers say the driver of the Trailblazer died at the scene.

The driver of the Toyota was injured.
